Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Specialist will focus on building relationships with potential and existing customers, promoting the camp's extensive services, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include conducting client outreach, addressing inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role may involve supporting the development and execution of sales strategies and providing training to improve customer onboarding experiences. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs Proficiency in sales and sales management for promoting services and driving revenue growth Experience in training, particularly for onboarding and educating clients about services High level of organizational skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment Previous experience in pet care, hospitality, or similar industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Passion for pets and commitment to providing exceptional service
