We are looking for a creative, organized, and analytics-driven professional to manage our digital presence across social media platforms and Google. Job Summary: The Social Media&Google Listings Manager will be responsible for managing the clinic’s online brand identity, creating engaging content, monitoring patient engagement, maintaining accurate Google Business Profile listings, and driving organic patient inquiries through effective digital visibility. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: - Plan, create, and publish posts, reels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). - Manage DMs, comments, and audience engagement. - Translate medical topics into simple, patient-friendly content. - Coordinate photo/video shoots with doctors/staff when required. - Create high-quality designs using Canva/other tools. - Maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and content calendar. Google Business Profile (Google Listings): - Manage and update clinic’s Google Business Profile(s). - Monitor and respond to Google reviews professionally. - Improve rankings on Google Maps through SEO best practices. - Upload photos, updates, posts, and service descriptions regularly. - Ensure NAP consistency (Name, Address, Phone Number). Analytics&Growth : - Track insights, engagement, reach, and page performance monthly. - Suggest data-driven strategies to increase patient inquiries. - Identify trends and new content opportunities. Coordination&Admin: - Work with doctors to create informative and compliant medical content. - Maintain content database (photos, videos, patient education material). - Manage simple collaborations or patient testimonials when required. Qualifications&Skills Must-Have: - 1–3 years of experience in social media management (healthcare preferred). - Strong design skills (Canva, basic editing). - Basic understanding of Google Business Profile&local SEO. - Good communication skills (English + local language). - Ability to multitask and meet weekly deadlines. Good to Have: - Experience in healthcare/clinic/hospital marketing. - Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google). - Photography/videography skills. - Ability to create reels end-to-end.
