The Cafe Chef will be responsible for designing menus, preparing and presenting food, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing kitchen operations. The role also involves working closely with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to customers. The ideal candidate will monitor inventory, oversee the stocking of ingredients, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Qualifications Expertise in Food & Beverage and Food Service skills for menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring food quality Effective Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with team members and patrons, ensuring a pleasant dining experience Basic Sales skills and experience in upselling menu items or promotional offers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Prior experience in a similar role or in the food industry is highly desirable Culinary arts certification or relevant qualifications is preferred
