Location: Remote | Duration: 6 months | Stipend: ₹8,000–10,000/month | Start Date: 5 January 2026 About The Mindful Growth: We are a very early-stage health & wellness consulting organisation based in Bangalore. We work with startups, entrepreneurs and enterprises on their growth marketing and org building requirements. We are passionate about holistic health and wish to bring our 15+ years of business growth and product marketing expereinces to this domain. What are we looking for: We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Intern to support our growth initiatives across research, outreach, funnel building and landing page/website creation. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools , wants hands-on experience across the full spectrum of Business growth (ideation → execution), dreams of building their own startup someday and can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Landing Pages & Website Support Build and edit landing pages and simple websites using TagMango, WordPress or AI-based page builders; conduct basic UX checks and suggest improvements for readability and conversion Refine and adapt content using AI tools to ensure clarity, relevance and alignment with page objectives Outreach & Partnerships Research and identify listing opportunities, collaboration avenues and visibility channels. Draft outreach messages, send follow-ups and maintain organised communication trackers. Market & Competitive Research Conduct structured research on wellness, healing, creator-tech platforms and emerging digital health trends. Analyse competitor offerings, positioning, pricing and customer experience. Performance & Social Media Support Assist in setting up Instagram ads, audience targeting, A/B experiments and basic performance monitoring. Support social media planning and propose ideas based on trends, formats, and audience psychology. Key Skills, Attitude & Requirements Familiarity with everyday tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs and Canva is a strong plus Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Lovable, Nano Banana, Perplexity or any equivalent for research, content refinement, page building and design Bachelors/Masters degree in Tech, Marketing, Business preferred Reliable, high-speed internet connection and access to a laptop/desktop.
