We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cook + Manager to handle kitchen operations, evening Swiggy/Zomato orders, and help grow overall sales at Meatwale Baner (Pan Card Club Road). Responsibilities: Manage daily kitchen operations – reheating/frying ready-to-eat snacks & presentation. Supervise staff, maintain hygiene, and manage inventory & closing reports. Handle customers confidently and ensure great service experience. Suggest new snack or combo ideas and help improve the menu. Support marketing offers and customer feedback collection. Take ownership of sales growth and process improvement. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in restaurant / QSR / food chain. Basic knowledge of Swiggy/Zomato handling preferred. Good communication, cleanliness, and leadership attitude. Must be reliable and flexible for closing hours (till 12 AM).
Receptionist / Morning Assistant (Part-time: 7 AM – 3 PM) Role: We need a smart, friendly Receptionist/Assistant for morning shift to handle early customers and front-desk operations. Responsibilities: Open shop & welcome customers. Handle calls, WhatsApp & walk-in raw meat orders. Maintain counter cleanliness & assist with packaging/billing. Support during lunch hours (12 – 3 PM). Coordinate basic Swiggy/Zomato updates and payment records. Requirements: Good communication in Hindi or English. Friendly, punctual, and customer-focused.
