Since we’re a startup agency, things can get a little chaotic at times—so this role is best suited for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, variety in tasks, and a team that’s building big things from scratch. If you love writing, understand digital platforms deeply, and can turn ideas into content that actually performs, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities: Copywriting & Content Creation Write clear, engaging, platform-specific copy (captions, scripts, ad copies, emails, taglines). Create messaging for campaigns, product marketing, and brand storytelling. Adapt tone, structure, and style for different clients and industries. Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Handle daily posting, community engagement, DMs, and comment responses. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all touchpoints. Content Strategy & Ideation Brainstorm fresh reel ideas, carousel concepts, and campaign directions. Build monthly content calendars aligned with client goals. Stay updated on trends and apply them strategically. Analytics & Optimization Track posts and campaign performance using analytics tools.
