Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef / Cook who is skilled in preparing Indian snacks like samosa and kachori, supports daily kitchen operations, and strictly follows hygiene and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Indian snacks such as samosa, kachori, and similar items Support in daily kitchen operations Maintain taste consistency, quality, and portion control Follow strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices Keep work area, utensils, and kitchen clean at all times Help reduce food wastage and manage raw materials Follow kitchen SOPs and standards Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Commis Chef / Cook Strong cooking experience in Indian snacks Good knowledge and practice of kitchen hygiene and food safety Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented
