This is a role for someone who can balance creativity with clarity and craft content that delivers measurable impact in a lean, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities · Collaborate with project managers and designers to deliver high-quality content across web, print, social, and internal campaigns. · Understand client brief and create compelling content that adds value and meets the brief. · Write compelling, clear, audience-first content for: o Internal communication (emailers, intranet articles, newsletters, posters, banners, etc.) o Social media posts o Videos (scripts and voiceovers) · Conduct research and interviews with clients and stakeholders to develop meaningful, well-informed content. · Brainstorm content ideas, campaign narratives, and user journeys. · Edit and proofread for grammar, tone, structure, and brand alignment. · Guide visual storytelling with design collaborators. · Work independently and manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds. Skills and Experience Required · 2–5 years of professional writing experience in an agency or editorial role. · Versatility in writing corporate, marketing, and internal communication content. · Strong grasp of brand voice, storytelling, tone, grammar, and audience needs. · Ability to deliver both long-form and short-form content with clarity and creativity. · Strong eye for visuals and ability to conceptualise creative execution alongside designers. · Proficient in AI tools and prompt-writing for faster content ideation and generation. · Self-starter, proactive, and capable of working in a lean, fast-paced environment. Bonus Points For · Exposure to employee communication or B2B storytelling. · Basic knowledge of SEO or UX writing principles. · Experience creating and managing content calendars.
