We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team and provide evidence-based psychological support. Job Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapy sessions on an appointment basis. Provide individual and group interventions for children, adolescents, and young adults with neurodevelopmental and emotional concerns. Develop individualized treatment and behavior management plans. Collaborate with special educators, and behavior trainers for holistic intervention. Offer counseling and guidance to caregivers to enhance family support. Maintain detailed case records, prepare reports, and update progress notes. Qualifications & Requirements: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institute. Registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (experience with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and emotional/behavioral issues preferred). Strong therapeutic skills in CBT, behavior modification, and counseling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and dedication to supporting individuals with special needs.
