Job Responsibilities: Supervise daily printing production activities on the shop floor. Allocate work to machine operators and helpers efficiently. Ensure printing quality control and maintain standards. Monitor worker discipline, punctuality, and productivity. Track ongoing jobs and update management regularly. Maintain inventory of inks, plates, chemicals, and paper stock. Handle minor machine maintenance coordination if required. Have working knowledge of pre-press processes (like plate making, color proofing, file checking, imposition). Coordinate with pre-press team for smooth job handover to press.
