Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management and team supervision. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making. Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred). Experience in luxury hotels (plus).
