Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, and expenses. Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash. Oversee vendor payments, staff payroll, and statutory compliance (GST/TDS). Monitor inventory costing, wastage, and stock variance reports. Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports for management. Coordinate with auditors and ensure internal control compliance. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter/CMA preferred. years of accounting experience, ideally in F&B/hospitality. Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory modules, and accounting software (Tally/petpooja/Zoho). Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
