Job Description We’re looking for a dependable E-commerce Operations Manager & Virtual Technical Assistant to support daily operations for our growing global e-commerce business. We already have a strong international customer base across Western markets , and this role is a great opportunity for a hungry, entrepreneurial candidate to be part of something meaningful and long-term. This is a remote role , however candidates must be Pune-based for coordination and availability. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day operational tasks Manage and support e-commerce platforms (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify) Assist with order management, listings support, and coordination Manage emails, follow-ups, and administrative work Maintain basic records, reports, and documentation Coordinate with internal team members and external partners Support basic technical or operational improvements when required Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify or other Western platforms preferred) Experience with social media management or growing social media accounts is a strong plus Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools Technical or coding background is a bonus (not mandatory) Pune-based candidates only Work Details & Compensation Start as part-time (3–4 days per week) Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience & skills) Performance-based incentives, rewards, and bonuses for consistent and high-quality work Clear opportunity to grow into a larger, long-term role with higher responsibility and compensation This is a chance to work with a British company of Indian origin , currently based in India, building a global e-commerce brand .
