The Pastry Cook Helper will assist in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and other baked goods. Responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with the team and bringing creativity to the preparation of new and innovative pastry items. Qualifications Proficiency in Bakery, Cooking, and Baking Understanding and adherence to Hygiene and food safety best practices Creativity skills to contribute to the design and execution of innovative pastry and dessert ideas Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Previous experience in a similar role or formal baking training is preferred but not mandatory Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
