About the Role We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking SEL Program Manager to lead the execution of the CSS Life-Skills & Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Program across partner schools in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 3-4 years of experience in education, psychology, life-skills training, who is ready to take ownership, lead a team, and drive meaningful impact on children’s, parents & educator well-being. All Support will be provided by the organisation for the deserving candidate. Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage a team of Psychologists delivering SEL & Life-Skills sessions across schools. · Oversee program planning, logistics, and manpower allocation. · Coordinate with schools for timetable planning to ensure smooth program integration. · Manage Parent & Teacher Workshops, including logistics, coordination with holistic doctors, and content alignment. · Provide Class-Management training to the Psychologists. · Oversee and contribute to the organic development, review, and evolution of program / curriculum content. · Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, and parents. · Ensure adherence to child protection guidelines and maintain program integrity. · Ideate, supervise & coordinate quarterly assessments. Required Skills & Qualities · Leadership and team management skills. · Strong organizational and logistical planning abilities. · Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and lateral thinking. · Ability to balance structure with creativity in program execution. · Strong knowledge of life-skills curriculum and child development. · Strong Public Speaking skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications & Experience · Masters in Psychology, Education, Socio-Legal or related fields. · 3-4 years of relevant experience in education programs, SEL, or life-skills projects. · Added Advantage: Knowledge of POCSO / POSH guidelines.
