Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves visiting clients, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or automotive paint sector Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Self-motivated and able to work independently Good understanding of market trends and competitive landscape Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
