Stock Room Management 1. Organize and maintain stock of products in the warehouse stock room. 2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date stock records of incoming and outgoing items. 3. Coordinate with internal teams for stock requests and replenishments. 4. Perform periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies. 5. Keep the stock room clean, safe, and well-organized. Quality Check – Inward Section 1. Inspect incoming goods from vendors based on quality standards. 2. Identify and report defective, damaged, or non-compliant items. 3. Tag and separate approved and rejected products accordingly. 4. Maintain accurate QC documentation. 5. Communicate effectively with the purchase/vendor team regarding rejections.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing GST-compliant accounting, supporting purchase operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records using Vyapar software. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, GST compliance, and inventory management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & GST Compliance Maintain accurate records of purchase invoices and related GST documentation. Reconcile GST input credits with purchase data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with tax consultants to facilitate timely GST return filings. Support daily accounting functions related to purchases, inventory, and e-commerce transactions. 2. Purchasing Operations Assist in managing and tracking purchase orders, vendor communication, and procurement documentation. Ensure timely and accurate entry of all purchase-related transactions into accounting systems. 3. Inventory Management Oversee inventory tracking and stock updates using Vyapar software. Monitor stock levels and ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and promptly. Generate regular inventory and stock reports for management review. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or mismatches to maintain accurate records. Requirements Proven experience in accounting and GST compliance, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting. Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with Vyapar is a strong advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with vendors, tax consultants, and internal teams effectively.
