Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Rehabilitation Specialist at The Aspire Clinix, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Rehabilitation Specialist will deliver personalized care to patients, evaluate their needs, and develop tailored rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring effective recovery strategies. The role focuses on helping patients regain functionality, strength, and independence. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Experience in Rehabilitation and Inpatient Care Knowledge of medical therapies and techniques relevant to patient recovery Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team and engage with patients effectively Detail-oriented with the ability to assess individual patient needs and tailor treatment plans A degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Medicine Professional certification or licensure in rehabilitation or therapy is a plus Previous experience in managing diverse patient age groups is desirable
