Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Sales and Business Development, located in Thane. The individual will be responsible for driving Sales Operations, developing Business Plans, and managing Customer Relationships. Daily tasks include analysing market trends, planning sales strategies, enhancing customer service experience, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure the club’s growth and sustainability. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Business Planning Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales Operations (Min 2 years) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in Sports industry is a plus
