The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in meaningful and effective learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver English lessons for middle and secondary classes (Grades 6–10) as per CBSE curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments and feedback. Integrate creative teaching methods including the use of technology and interactive activities. Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs. Maintain records of students’ academic performance and attendance. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in English with B.Ed (mandatory). Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school preferred. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Familiarity with CBSE teaching methods and NEP-aligned pedagogy. Desirable Qualities: Enthusiastic and student-centric approach. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
