The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities:Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical components, and controls. Diagnose and repair issues in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems (filters, coils, belts, refrigerant levels, etc.). Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system performance. Respond promptly to emergency service requests. Recommend system upgrades or replacements as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
