JOB DESCRIPTION Position Name AGM F& A (SF Urla Works) Purpose of the Role: To finalize quarterly accounts and overall monitoring of the day-to-day activities of accounts. Key Responsibilities: o o Finalization of monthly & annual accounts. Day to day monitoring of key accounts such as Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory & Advances Periodic Ledger Scrutiny Monitoring Budgetary controls vis- -vis Actuals Maintenance of fixed Asset Register Monthly compliance of Statutory payments and audit (Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESI, P Tax, etc.) Costing Analysis Banking Activity Preparation of monthly stock statements, Due Diligence, FFR 1 & FFR 2, QPR, etc. o o o o o o along with closure of ASM audit. o o o o o Periodic Physical Verification of Inventory Audit Compliance (Internal Audit/ Statutory Audit/Cost Audit/Stock Audit etc.) Compliance of IFC MIS Other jobs as assigned by Management. Competencies: ERP Knowledge (Oracle/SAP)
