Role Description This is a full-time on-site Field Staff role located in Kaithal. The Field Staff will be responsible for tasks such as customer service, troubleshooting, training, and communication with drivers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient cab booking experiences. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities Strong Communication skills Customer Service expertise Training experience Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
