Core Skills Undergraduate in bachelor's or master's in the field of business, economics or marketing Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment Possesses strong research and writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of English Job Scope Conduct targeted outreach to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing business development campaigns Research and identify potential client segments and decision-makers Build and maintain a structured database of leads, prospects, and outreach activities Schedule discovery calls or meetings between prospective clients and senior consultants Track, analyze, and report outreach performance metrics (open rates, responses, conversions) Provide feedback from outreach efforts to improve messaging and engagement strategies Support the development of marketing materials for outreach, such as introductory emails, case highlights, and short pitch decks
