Job Details Position: EAZYBI Developer ( Jira Admin) Position: Permanent Experience: 5+ yrs Location: Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities: Configure JIRA projects, workflows, screens, fields, and other settings to align with organizational requirements. Customize JIRA schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes to optimize project management processes. Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within JIRA. Provide training and support to users on JIRA functionality and best practices. Implement and manage integrations between JIRA and other tools or systems. Evaluate, install, and configure JIRA plugins to enhance functionality and meet business needs. Ensure accurate and efficient tracking of issues, epics, and projects within JIRA. Collaborate with teams to define and implement standardized workflows and issue types. Coordinate and implement JIRA software upgrades, patches, and bug fixes. Create and maintain custom reports, filters, and dashboards to provide insights into project progress and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting, dashboard requirements and deliver solutions. Document JIRA configurations, processes, and best practices. Managing various project documents on Confluence. Create user guides and training materials to support JIRA users. Investigate and resolve issues related to JIRA functionality, performance, and user access. 5+ yrs. experience Jira and Confluence Administrator Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator in a professional setting. In-depth knowledge of JIRA administration, configuration, and customization. Good in JQL and Dashboard creation in Jira. Experience in EAZYBI Trend Reporting, Big Picture. Knowledge of Integration with Atlassian Products Experience in Confluence tool uses in Project Management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience with scripting languages, JQL, and API integrations. Good to know third-party/plugins like Bulk OPS, Rich Filters, Time to SLA, Timesheet, and Zephyr Scale. Outstanding Organizational Skills.
