Testing Engineer - Electrical & Electronics Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of power electronic systems (Power Supplies) at the unit, PCB, and component levels, including electrical and thermal characterization.
• Conduct system qualification and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) under various environmental conditions.
• Identify and implement appropriate test techniques for evaluating power electronics [systems.
• Define and maintain a Test Automation Architecture and specify the required Test Environment Configurations.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in power electronics systems and components.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain, calibrate, and manage testing equipment and instruments.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure timely testing deliveries.
• Document test procedures, results, and observations in detailed test reports.

Required Skills:

• Education

  : B.E / B.Tech in Electrical /Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, or any other relevant qualification with a test equipment background.

• Can apply

  : Freshers and 1 to 3 years of experience in Electronic Hardware testing.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of power electronics/ electrical products and systems.
