Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing and analysis of applications in the travel domain to ensure optimal performance under various load conditions.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance performance testing processes and outcomes.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance engineering practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts, scenarios, and metrics.
• Monitor application performance in production and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance engineering and AI.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in performance engineering, specifically within the travel domain.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
• Experience with AI tools and techniques applied to performance engineering.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to drive decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in performance engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
