Job Description

Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on experience in manual software testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Strong understanding of the Core Banking domain and banking transaction workflows.
  • Experience testing core banking modules such as CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), deposits, fund transfers, payments, or loan processing.
  • Experience in preparing test cases, executing test scripts, and reporting defects.
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries for database validation and backend testing.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
