Manages and executes customer test drives, including scheduling, conducting the drives, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting sales staff. Key responsibilities involve coordinating appointments, greeting customers, answering questions about vehicles, explaining features, and ensuring all necessary steps, like verifying a valid driver's license, are completed.
