Project Role : Test Automation Lead Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Must have skills : Selenium, Mobile Device/App Automation Testing, Automated Testing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve leading the team, designing and implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium, and evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:1 Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Selenium and automated testing.2 Good To Have Skills:Experience with mobile device/app automation testing.3 Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.4 Experience with test planning, test case development, and test script creation.5 Solid grasp of functional, regression, and performance testing. Professional & Technical Skills:1 Should have 7 years of experience2 Strong understanding of Javascript Fundamentals including variables, data types, functions, loops and conditional statements.3 WebdriverIO Framework4 Experience in Cypress automation5 Proficiency in using WebdriverIO for test automation. 6 Experience in setting up and configuring WebdriverIO projects. 7 Knowledge of WebdriverIO APIs for browser interaction , element location and assertions.8 Should have Automation experience in web or mobile testing9 Has scripting experience working with Cypress or webdriver.io frameworks10 Should have experience using simulators or emulators11 Understanding of how web browsers work and their developer tools for debugging12 Knowledge of TypeScript13 Knowledge of the healthcare domain is an advantage14 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Selenium and automated testing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful quality engineering solutions. Shift Timings:12 PM to 10 PM Qualification 15 years full time education
