Test Automation Engineer

Job Description: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. By leveraging quality processes, tools, and methodologies, you will significantly enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. Your primary focus will be on evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing products and solutions. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and be a graduate. Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of testing processes to ensure an enhanced quality engineering function. By implementing automated testing processes and developing test automation frameworks, you will contribute to improving overall testing efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the field of test automation - Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure seamless testing operations - Make team decisions and provide solutions to complex problems - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes - Implement automated testing processes and maintain test automation frameworks - Analyze test results and offer valuable feedback to the development team Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM is a must-have skill - Strong understanding of test automation tools - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java - Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines - Hands-on experience in creating and executing automated test scripts Additional Information: - The candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM - The position is based at our Mumbai office - A graduation degree is mandatory for this role,
