Roles & Responsibilities: Source and recruit IT professionals for Europe (focus on Belgium). Work on roles like Salesforce Consultants, SAP Specialists, Java Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, Production Support, etc. Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal database to find candidates. Screen CVs, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and assess technical fit. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing shortlisting client submission scheduling interviews offer negotiations. Ensure compliance with EU/Belgium work permits (Blue Card, Local hiring, etc.). Maintain pipeline of candidates for future European IT projects. Work closely with European clients & delivery managers to understand hiring needs. Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and update ATS/CRM systems.
