About Tensor: An initiative by Stanford and IIT alums with 6+ years of experience in top MNCs. We are currently in beta phase and will be launching across 4000+ colleges in India by end of 2025. We are partnering with top startups in India, college clubs in the G20 countries and bringing them to india for improving collaboration, industry exposure for college students to make them future ready. Key Responsibilities: Assist the founding team in shaping business strategy , managing operations , and driving execution . Engage college students to actively drive enrollments for the Tensor program . Collaborate with clubs, societies, and student leaders to boost engagement and program visibility. Support campus marketing campaigns and lead student engagement initiatives across colleges. Track performance metrics and report enrollment progress to ensure targets are met. Host online and offline sessions to effectively introduce students to program benefits. Build and nurture a pipeline of student leads , following up to maximize conversions . Who Should Apply? We are looking for students or professionals from Tier 1 or Tier 2 universities with experience or academic background in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal, networking skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle high-pressure situations . Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools . Prior experience in College Clubs regulatory body, startups, or leadership roles is a plus.
