Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, offer product info, build rapport, and resolve complaints. Sales & Targets: Proactively sell, use upselling/cross-selling, promote offers, and work to achieve personal and store sales goals (KPIs). Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of products, features, promotions, and new arrivals. Point-of-Sale (POS): Handle cash, card, and other payments accurately; process returns and exchanges. Merchandising & Operations: Arrange displays, restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and support visual standards. Inventory: Assist with receiving shipments, stock counts, and managing stock levels. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, follow store policies, and support overall store objectives.
