Job Description

Job description We are looking for a Tender Manager/Tender Executive who will be responsible for preparing and evaluating bids and tenders for valuable contracts. Creating effective candidate profiles for a GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and e-procurement role requires a focus on key skills, experience, and attributes relevant to e-procurement processes, vendor management, and government regulations. Skills: Basic understanding of e-procurement processes Proficiency in GEM portal operations Vendor management Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of government procurement regulations Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Certifications (Preferred) GEM Procurement Professional Certification Key Attributes: Detail-oriented Quick learner Team player Strong organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience-2 - 5 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
