About the Role We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through movement, storytelling, and design. You’ll work on videos, ads, social content, brand visuals, and digital campaigns turning concepts into engaging motion-driven experiences. If you understand timing, rhythm, visual hierarchy, and how motion influences emotion, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality motion graphics for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and campaigns Design and animate 2D motion graphics , typography, and visual effects Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to translate ideas into motion Edit video content and enhance it with motion overlays, transitions, and effects Maintain brand consistency across all motion assets Optimize animations for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites) Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Required Skills & Tools Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro Solid understanding of motion principles, timing, and composition Experience with typography animation Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator Ability to storyboard concepts before execution Attention to detail and visual storytelling skills Good to Have Experience creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus Experience working with brands, agencies, or digital products Sound design basics Understanding of social media trends and formats
