About the job: Job Summary As a Trainee Sales Engineer, you will undergo structured training to develop your skills in the Air Conditioning field and managerial skills. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in Air Conditioning System Sales, daily operations, team management, customer service, and strategic planning, preparing you for a future management position within the company. Key responsibilities: 1. Learn and design Air conditioning systems. 2. Learn and prepare Costing & Quote. 3. Lead generation by cold calling, visiting the Architects, consultants & contractors. 4. Attend the enquiries, visit sites, design AC systems, prepare costing & send quotes. 5. Follow up & convert the quotes to Orders. 6. Allocate the job to the concerned project supervisor for execution. 7. Visit the site during execution to ensure quality work.
