Job Title:

Temporary Worker (4 months + potential conversion to GET)

Job Summary:

We're hiring temporary workers for a 4-month period, with a possible conversion to Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role thereafter, based on performance and fit.

Department Locations:

- Production Assembly

- Machine Operator

- Stores - Loading/Unloading

Job Details:

- Duration: 4 months (temporary) + potential conversion to GET

- Shift: Shift basis work (rotational shifts)

- Compensation:

- ₹15,000/- per month (starting)

- OT pay as per company policy

- Benefits:

- Cab facility: Tambaram, Chromepet, Pallavaram, Sriperumbudur, Kundrathur, Manimangalam

- Food provided during working hours

Job Responsibilities:

- Support production/assembly/machine operation tasks

- Assist in material handling and stores management

- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors/team leads

Eligibility:

- Passed out in 2020-2025 (fail or pass)

- Willingness to work in shifts

Selection Process:

- Document verification

Conversion to GET:

- After 4 months, candidates who perform well and fit the role may be considered for conversion to GET role.
