Job Title: HR Recruiter – International BPO Hiring Location: [Noida] Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of proven experience in hiring for international BPOs, with a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, end-to-end recruitment, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for international BPO roles (voice, non-voice, blended). Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and internal databases. Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly. Work closely with hiring teams to meet aggressive hiring targets. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries, and follow up till onboarding. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in international BPO recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible to work in fast-paced and target-driven environments. Preferred Skills:Prior experience hiring for US/UK/Australian shifts. Understanding of recruitment compliance and background verification processes. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
