Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services. Maintain and update customer databases and records. Handle customer queries and resolve objections confidently. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. Provide detailed information on products and services. Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and pricing policies. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the sales manager.
