Freshers with good communication skills are welcome: Job Title: Telecaller & Sales Executive – Web Design & Development Location: Sector 63, Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Industry: IT / Web Design / Web Development / Digital Services About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller & Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our web design and development services, and converting leads into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and pitch our web design & development services. Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions from our service offerings. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels. Maintain a database of prospective clients and update interactions regularly. Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales or technical teams as required. Assist in preparing and sending quotations or proposals to clients. Meet or exceed monthly calling and conversion targets. Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-up communication. Handle basic client objections and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team. Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or spreadsheets. Who Can Apply: Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply. Experience in sales, telecalling, or client servicing is a plus. Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections. Basic understanding of web design, websites, or digital services will be an added advantage. Fluent in English and Hindi (or regional language, if applicable).
