All the enquiries generated through various sources should be recorded in the enquiry sheet with Name of the client, Mob number & email id and to be maintained properly with the enquiry number, date & Project interested. Should understand the client’s requirements and explain the project details and arrange for a Site visit. Should convince the customer on phone and explain the project features and amenities. Should send a detailed report on the client requirement details as wells the Site visits to his superior on a day to day basis.
