Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Educational Counsellors (Tele Callers) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling prospective students/parents/customers about various academic/other programs, scheduling appointments for demo sessions, and guiding them through the complete process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads and conversions. Counsel students and parents about the courses offered, admission process, and career guidance Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups. Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion through proper follow-up and communication. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calling, appointments, and enrollments. Maintain a good understanding of the educational programs and services offered. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and handle objections professionally. Comfortable with tele calling and achieving sales targets. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
