Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Navi Mumbai, Maharastra Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales Reports to: Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential. Key Responsibilities:Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer questions about products or the company. Understand customer needs and handle objections to close sales. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Follow up with leads and prospects through calls or emails. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies. Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner. Requirements:Proven experience as a telesales executive Preferably from Broad Band Sales/ Telecom Sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems is a plus. High school diploma; a degree in sales or relevant field is preferred.
