About CoutLoot Swipe: CoutLoot Swipe is India’s first video commerce platform where users can watch Instagram-style short videos, chat with sellers, and order directly from the app. Powered by AI, it enables sellers to create viral video ads and sell products at 0% commission. We're redefining e-commerce, and we want you to be a part of this movement! Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product/service offerings, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
