Job Description

  • • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make high-volume outbound calls using company lists or cold-calling directories, and handle incoming prospective inquiries. • Pitch & Persuasion: Present products, services, or special offers clearly using scripts while tailoring the conversation to the customer's needs. • Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to assess interest, solve objections, and convert prospects into qualified leads or paying clients. • Data Management: Log every call, update customer profiles, and record interaction outcomes accurately inside a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. • Follow-Ups: Call back interested prospects, send supporting information, and coordinate with the sales or onboarding team. • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly metrics for call volume, leads generated, or sales closed.

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
