1. Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with prospective students and clients, promote our training programmes and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions or business opportunities.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students, candidates and clients.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about the company's training programmes and services.
• Explain course details, programme benefits, fees, duration and admission procedures.
• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls and database management.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up details.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in Excel or CRM software.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the HR, Training and Operations teams whenever required.
• Send relevant course details, brochures and other information through WhatsApp or email.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective students and clients.
• Handle customer questions, objections and concerns politely and professionally.

3. Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls confidently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn about the company's training programmes and services.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates must have good communication and convincing skills.
• Candidates should be confident in handling phone conversations.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

5. Performance Expectations

• Complete the assigned daily calling targets.
• Maintain proper follow-up schedules.
• Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate call reports and customer databases.
• Ensure professional communication with every enquiry.
