Telecom Engineer NOC

Location: Vikhroli upto 10kms periphery

Work Schedule : In 3 rotational shifts

Job Summary:

Monitor OFC network incidents and service tickets across shifts, coordinate with field restoration teams, and ensure every outage is tracked from first alert through restoration and closure. Maintain accurate TT updates, escalation records, client communication, shift handovers and daily operational MIS. Follow SLA and MTTR timelines, support preliminary fault analysis, arrange field teams based on priority, collect restoration details and RCA inputs, and keep pending issues visible until complete resolution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
