Telecom Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and develop civil engineering designs, plans, and construction documents.
• Support land development, roadway, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Perform utility coordination and conflict analysis for proposed construction activities.
• Review grading, drainage, cut-and-fill, and stormwater management plans.
• Evaluate hydrologic and hydraulic designs and calculations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, utility owners, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct quality control reviews of engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical support during project planning, design, and construction phases.
• Utilize Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering software to support project execution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Civil Engineering and Land Development concepts, including Roadway Design and Hydrology.
• Knowledge of Utility Coordination and Conflict Analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects based on business requirements.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours when required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
