Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Sales Generation: Encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, contributing to sales targets.
• Lead Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and products.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
